By teaching sports mindfulness, we help young people develop mental resilience, focus, and emotional intelligence – qualities that are important in business and in the world of sports.

GAME PLAN PRO

And for those on the path to professional sports, we introduce Game Plan PRO.

Designed for athletes aged 14 and above who are on track for a professional playing career, Game Plan PRO prioritises their athletic journey while preparing them for life beyond the game.

Through Game Plan PRO, athletes develop the business acumen to manage their careers, master personal branding, and explore entrepreneurial ventures, all while keeping their performance and training at their core.

We also coach mental resilience, mindfulness, and mindset techniques to navigate the pressures of professional sports.

Within Game Plan PRO, athletes learn to build their brand, manage their finances, and strengthen their mind, preparing them for a future in sports.

Claire Smillie, our Academy founder, is an accredited business coach and owner of g6 Sports Growth Consultancy. With a background in elite sport and global business expertise, she leads our sports business hub with passion and insight.

Claire owns two businesses, invests in sports start-ups and serves as a Director for an international company. A true entrepreneur, she started her first business at 21.
